NewDraw, Avoiding Large Files

Here is a tip for cutting down on the file size (bytes) of NewDraw documents when you have done a lot of reworking in the document.

If you have done a lot of cutting and pasting in a NewDraw document, the byte-size may be larger than necessary, because the document file might still contain some data from objects you’ve deleted. From the Edit menu, choose Select All, then Copy and Paste into a new document. Before you paste into the new document, click its View menu and choose Scale to Fit. This will help position the page properly when you paste.
